Data & Access Policy

Qwrki requires appropriate access to systems relevant to the scope of work, which may include:

• ·Website CMS and hosting platforms
• ·eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon)
• ·Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager)
• ·Advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• ·CRM and email marketing systems
• ·Reporting and data tools

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• ·All accounts remain the property of the Client
• ·Qwrki operates as an authorised user or administrator

Qwrki may access, process and analyse data as part of service delivery, including:

• ·Website performance data
• ·Customer and CRM data
• ·Marketing and campaign data
• ·Transactional and eCommerce data

Qwrki operates using third-party platforms. The Client acknowledges that:

• ·Data is stored and processed within these platforms
• ·Platform limitations may affect data accuracy
• ·Platform outages or restrictions may impact delivery

Qwrki relies on data provided by the Client and data generated by third-party systems.

If access is restricted, removed or altered:

• ·Qwrki may suspend affected services
• ·Delivery timelines may be extended
• ·Additional fees may apply to restore or reconfigure access

Upon termination of services:

• ·Qwrki will cease active access to client systems
• ·Access permissions may be removed
• ·Data retained by Qwrki will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy

Qwrki's ability to deliver services is dependent on:

• ·Continuous system access
• ·Stable platform environments
• ·Functional integrations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ·Qwrki is not liable for data loss caused by third-party platforms
• ·Qwrki is not liable for access-related disruptions outside its control
• ·Qwrki is not responsible for client-side system failures
