Pricing & Billing Policy

Qwrki operates a structured commercial model consisting of:

If payment is not received by the due date, Qwrki reserves the right to:

• ·Charge interest on overdue amounts
• ·Suspend services partially or in full
• ·Restrict access to systems or deliverables
• ·Reallocate resources away from the Client

Qwrki may suspend services where:

• ·Invoices remain unpaid
• ·Access to required systems is restricted
• ·The Client fails to meet contractual obligations

Any work outside the agreed scope:

• ·Must be approved in writing
• ·Will be charged separately
• ·May impact timelines and delivery priorities

Where applicable:

• ·Services may be subject to minimum engagement periods
• ·Early termination may incur fees equivalent to the remaining term

• ·Fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed
• ·Time and resources allocated are considered committed upon engagement

Qwrki reserves the right to adjust pricing:

• ·At renewal periods
• ·Where scope materially changes
• ·Where external factors impact delivery (e.g. platform changes, increased complexity)

• ·All fees are quoted in agreed currency
• ·Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
• ·The Client is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or charges

Any billing disputes must be raised:

• ·In writing
• ·Within 7 days of invoice issue

Qwrki reserves the right to:

• ·Engage third-party collection services
• ·Recover reasonable costs associated with unpaid invoices
